If only customer service equal to product

Great cookies - awful customer service! Ordered from their site but the product was from Harry & Davids. The wrong item was delivered! Ordered a big Birthday Bakery Tray (lots of goodies / wrapping / keepsake tray). Instead, a blueberry pie arrived. Customer service said: can't help - contact Harry & David. 30 mins in, I'm with H&D ...agreed to send correct product but days later. I paid for expedited shipping ...so the absolute least was done. Replaced but that's it. Not acceptable for a person's birthday! Had ordered from Cheryl's and H&D many times; disappointing and NOT what was expected.

I have ordered from them a few times

I have ordered from them a few times: I never get my cookies. And this past time it was sent to a co worker abd they sent expired pretzels. This place is awful. Their customer service doesn’t care. I still haven’t got my cookies that were ordered a month ago.

Update on a review that I wrote

I wrote an earlier review about Cheryl's cookies. The review was not based on the cookies, but on the delivery method that Cheryl's used.
Customer service has since fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I am Very pleased with the customer service person that I dealt with!

Do Not buy Cheryl's cookies!

Do Not buy Cheryl's cookies!! I spent over $300.00 on cookies. I ordered them on June 5th. 2 weeks later NO cookies! They have sat in Ohio for almost 2 weeks. Everyday the delivery date CHANGES. Nothing like STALE broken cookies to Brighten someone's day!!

Terrible customer service after the fact.

I placed an order and called customer service directly after bc there was a free shipping promo. I was told the shipping charge would be removed but it was not. I then emailed customer service and was told it had been removed and would be refunded through PayPal in 30 days. Still no credit and now they say that they will not refund it bc it was only for Passport orders which I do not have. Extremely poor customer service. They should honor their word anyway.

Horrible Customer Service

I placed 2 orders for Father's Day cookie shipments and requested a delivery date of 6/15/22 for both orders. When you place your order, they give you the opportunity to select a delivery day. Of course, to enhance the surprise, I chose the date closest to Father's Day. Well, they shipped the cookies early and they were delivered 1 week early. SO MUCH FOR THE FATHER'S DAY SURPRISE. I can understand arriving a day or 2 early but a week???? I called and spoke to someone from customer service who had absolutely no explanation for why the cookies were shipped early. This customer service person must have been taking calls from her home as I had to speak exceptionally loud in order for her to hear me as her dog was barking loudly in the background - REAL PROFESSIONAL CHERYL'S. The person said that there was nothing she could do about the delivery and offered me one $10 certificate toward my next purchase. Really???? The same certificate that is shipped along with the box of Father's Day cookies that they include in order to encourage a future sale? There was no offer to refund or even offer anything other than the worthless coupon on a future order to make up for the shipping error. I had another bad experience similar to this a few years ago and hadn't ordered since but decided to give Cheryl's another try. What a mistake! I can see now that NOTHING HAS CHANGED. The customer service still STINKS!!!! I agree with other reviews and will be taking my business elsewhere. Cheryl's is and continues to be extremely unprofessional and a complete let down!!

Like most of the other reviews say........

Like most of the other reviews say; you place an order and are given a delivery date, but orders are not received by the date you were given. When Cheryl's is contacted regarding order not delivered by promised date, they offer $10 discount coupon on your next order. But who would want to try to order from them again after a terrible experience? And it's apparently happening over and over and over again.

Every website that offered reviews of Cheryl's, seemed to mention the horrible customer service. And the substitution of items. And the lack of receipt of order by customer/recipient. And orders cancelled without customer receiving notification. And it just goes on and on.

The products from Cheryl's are ok (but pricey). But their customer service (or lack thereof) is absolutely awful. I have never had any issues with orders from any of Cheryl's "sister" companies, and will definitely be using my $10 discount coupon with one of them, instead of ordering from Cheryl's again.

Disappointed in Cheryl's two week delivery process!

I ordered cookies on 4/28/22 with a promise delivery date of May 2-6. They were never shipped until May 4th. On the 6th they landed in West Virginia. They sat in Ohio two days before landing in West Virginia. Last week I requested a refund on my shipping. I had the shipping passport. Prepaid shipping for a year. I requested an update and my money back today since they are not meeting their commitment. I was told I was given my shipment money back for the inconveniences ... not! I prepaid for passport shipping. My shipping fees should be FREE for a year! I was told on the phone it was a glitch and shipping was refunded. I was also told once my order shipped on the 4th it takes 5-7 business days to arrive. I sent a "get well" tub of cookies to my 17 year old niece who had surgery on the 29th of April. Cookies arriving the week of the 9th misses the point Cheryl's cookies! Very disappointed! You deserve no stars today!

Do not depend on this company to deliver according to their advertising!

My order had 4 different addresses for cookies to be sent to. When I bought Passport and ordered cookies I was told 5-9 days for delivery. Obviously the states closest to the shipping point were delivered first. The final order was to be delivered 5 days ago and every day the website changed delivery to the next day. I realize that Fairbanks AK is far from the shipping point, but if I had know that after 16 days we still have no idea when they will be delivered I would have ordered from a different company, Will definably rethink ever ordering from Cheryl's again.
